Project Overview
The project began with a clear mission — to streamline and modernize how Isuzu’s dealers across Africa handle their internal reporting and forecasting workflows. However, the existing processes were fragmented, largely manual, and incapable of handling data at scale. Reports from different dealers lacked consistency, forecasting was often inaccurate, and visibility into dealership operations was limited.
To solve these challenges, Apptunix was brought in to design and develop a comprehensive Sales Reporting Platform. Built with scalability and simplicity in mind, the platform allows dealers to manage daily operations with ease, from reporting sales to accessing insights powered by Power BI. Real-time notifications, deadline reminders, and centralized communication with IIF further elevate the platform’s functionality.
