Project Overview

The project began with a clear mission — to streamline and modernize how Isuzu’s dealers across Africa handle their internal reporting and forecasting workflows. However, the existing processes were fragmented, largely manual, and incapable of handling data at scale. Reports from different dealers lacked consistency, forecasting was often inaccurate, and visibility into dealership operations was limited.

To solve these challenges, Apptunix was brought in to design and develop a comprehensive Sales Reporting Platform. Built with scalability and simplicity in mind, the platform allows dealers to manage daily operations with ease, from reporting sales to accessing insights powered by Power BI. Real-time notifications, deadline reminders, and centralized communication with IIF further elevate the platform’s functionality.

Client Requirements

Isuzu’s internal systems were struggling to manage dealership records and reporting processes across multiple regions. There were specific pain points that needed to be addressed:

We built a two-panel system — one for dealers and one for administrators — to address every operational need of the platform.

    Enables each dealer to submit sales reports, manage profiles, and analyze forecasts via Power BI dashboards.

  • Admin Panel

    Gives the Isuzu internal team a central dashboard to manage dealer activities, review submissions, set restrictions, and provide real-time assistance.

Additionally, our team developed a robust backend to handle large volumes of historical and real-time data, integrated Power BI for rich data visualization, and created a scalable architecture hosted on AWS.
