About Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media channels, creating engaging content, growing online communities, and handling YouTube marketing for an IT services company.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Plan, create, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Create content calendars and coordinate with internal teams for content requirements.
• Write compelling captions, social posts, and video descriptions.
• Manage the company’s YouTube channel, including video uploads, optimization, playlists, thumbnails, and SEO.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate video shoots, reels, employee branding content, and event coverage.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B content strategies.
• Experience managing and growing YouTube channels.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Basic understanding of video editing tools and graphic design platforms.
• Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
