AppTuners are known to create awesomeness and this time we were having a great reason to do so. It was the occasion we all were keenly waiting for – Birthday of our beloved company – Apptunix.
Every time we celebrate this occasion, we ensure to make the experience thrilling so that it can be remembered for the entire year. Be it appreciating the accomplishments of our employees, getting into the groove or letting our hair down.
This time too, we had a fabulous time and that echoed all through the industry.
Before the Big Day
The preparations of the event were started almost a month ago and every team was given a responsibility to perform something on the floor.
Some were non-dancers and a few were professional ones, but each member of the team participated and performed at the event with great zeal and enthusiasm.
Each team booked secret locations, chose their timings and what followed was fun, drama and giggling. Here are a few glimpses of preparation days – loaded with drama, rehearsals, and hard-work for rolling stiff bodies.
The Day Itself
After a long wait, finally, the day came. The event was planned to start at 6 in the evening. While a few came as per the timings, the rest were stylishly late, however, their beautiful faces were certainly worth the wait. Once the entire team gathered, we had a head check, and we took off!
At the arrival, there were charismatic faces all around:
The excitement was worth it and the occasion was followed by lots of wonderful performances, awards, finger-liking delicious food and memorable DJ night.
The very first performance was of HR team – they stunned the audience by their groovy dance moves on full-Punjabi songs and were appreciated with huge applause. We never thought our Strict looking HRs can dance so well.
Then, our marketing minds took the responsibility of showing some Bollywood spice – and literally, they did justice with everything that comes under B-town.
Then was the drama – which was a satire on the life of a Software Developer performed by the Design Team of Apptunix. It was one of the majorly appreciated performances of the day and everyone loved it!
Oh, wait, How can we forget our loquacious boy. The one who made us laugh with lovely dance moves.
Celebrating the App Tuners
The gathering wasn’t just about the company’s celebration, however, it was a celebration of our togetherness and individuality which combined and created this wonderful story of being World’s Top Mobile App Developers.
We believe in creating a workplace with positive vibes all around. And for that to happen, it is very crucial to credit the employees for the diligent work they have put in all year.
Our CEO, Mr. Nikhil Bansal ensured that all the nominees and deserving employees return with a grin and bounts of inspiration to continue working. We appreciated our deserving employees with awards and trophies along with a suitable title that matched their personality.
Rock and Roll – with Fire in the Hearts and Ice in the Drinks
When it comes to rolling on the dance floor – we Apptuners are experts at it. May it be Bhangra or Contemporary – we know it all. The entire team danced their hearts out after having awards and dinner till 2 at night. We rolled, danced and celebrated hard.
We enjoyed every moment of celebration and expect that every year, we make it a big one. It’s hard to write all that we indulged into and felt during the occasion but what is most important to us is the smile of Apptuners and the memories we make in their souls. Cheers to the Spirits of Apptunix team!
